Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Grewlab Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
