Who We Are

Grewlab Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners with a pest or wildlife problem. That is the whole job. We do not send trucks. We do not spray, trap or seal anything. We help you reach an independent provider who does.

Why We Exist

Say you find droppings in a cabinet. You search online and get a long list of names, and it is hard to tell who is local, who is a broker and who is just an ad. We built this site to make that first step clearer. Referral, not repairs.

How a Request Travels

Here is the path, step by step.

• You call or send a request through the form on this site.
• Your request goes to an independent provider in our network that serves your area.
• The provider talks with you, asks about the problem and may schedule a visit.
• The provider gives you an estimate. You decide whether to hire.

Who Does the Work

The provider does. Every inspection, treatment, trap and repair is done by that independent business, under its own name and its own terms. Ask the provider about its license, insurance and methods. Those are the provider's to show, not ours.

What We Look for in Providers

We want providers who explain things plainly, give written quotes and respect your home. We also want them to be honest when a problem is small. Not every ant sighting needs a full treatment.

Extra Care for Older Houses

Many homes in the Allentown area are decades old. Stone foundations, old wood framing and layers of past repairs can hide gaps and moisture. Older homes, extra looks. We encourage homeowners to ask the provider to check basements, crawl spaces and attics, not just the room where the problem showed up.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform pest control or wildlife work.
• We do not set your price. The provider does.
• We do not decide your insurance outcome. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

We may be paid by providers in our network when a homeowner's request is sent to them. That is how this site stays running. You are never required to hire anyone, and requesting an estimate carries no obligation.
